Joan Greening is an award winning playwright. She has created situation comedies for ITV including The Cabbage Patch and Troubles and Strife. Her theatre plays are performed nationally and internationally and published by Samuel French and Lazy Bee Scripts, Joan has written for the Edinburgh Festival, the lyrics for a musical and several short films.
Her historical plays 'Royal Mistresses' and ' Rossetti's Woman' premiered at the King's head, Islington in 2012 and had a national tour in 2013. Her comedy 'Madame Blavatsky Lives' also toured nationally and in Australia.. Another award -winning comedy The Book Club of Little Witterington is now being performed in Washington DC . Her plays 'DIY' and ' Life Imitating Art' premiered last year and her latest - Terror a historical black comedy - premiered at Edinburgh in August 2014.
